I’m Jake Wilson, a multi-media designer and illustrator with an Associate of Applied Science in Graphic Design from Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSU-IT), where I graduated in 2021.

I believe great design is creativity with purpose. I create visual content that communicates ideas clearly, connects with audiences, and brings personality to brands and organizations. My work spans brand identity, advertising, digital and print graphics, promotional materials, illustration, photography, videography, and visual storytelling, with an emphasis on thoughtful concepts, bold visuals, and clean, engaging layouts.

My experience includes creating branding and promotional content for organizations such as the Muscogee Nation, including festival identities and advertising. I’ve also contributed to multimedia marketing efforts by filming and producing visual content for commercials, social media, and promotional campaigns, as well as providing photography coverage for advertising materials, public relations publications, and organizational communications. These experiences have strengthened my ability to approach projects from a broader content perspective—from developing the visual concept to capturing the imagery and creating the final design.

Illustration is also an important part of my creative approach. I use color, texture, composition, and playful visual elements to create artwork that adds personality and emotion to a project. Whether developing a brand identity, designing a digital campaign, producing promotional content, photographing an event, filming video content, or crafting an illustration from scratch, I approach each project with curiosity, creativity, and attention to detail.

I’m passionate about the way design and multimedia can tell stories, strengthen brands, and bring people and ideas together. My goal is to create purposeful visual content that not only looks great, but communicates effectively, makes an impression, and helps organizations connect with the people they serve.
